Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure I can accommodate all clients, I kindly ask that you review the following policy before booking.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total.
* Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
* No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
* Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to safely complete the service. If a service cannot be completed due to late arrival, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.
* By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
